We’ll just go ahead and say it- we think that Lee’s Donuts has got one of, if not the best, logos in Vancouver, full stop. Heck, we think it’s better than even the big dogs’ best efforts (cough Timbiebs cough). So, when they shared the news that Lee’s Donuts is opening a new gallery space and merch store on Granville Island, we knew that we had to talk about it.
The new concept, called Honey Dip Studios (clever) will be a mix of Lee’s Donuts’ brand new line of clothing, plus a feature of a local Vancouver artist. First up? Adi Nokiani (@adiartwork) whose work blends a vibrant, detailed artistic style and a love for pop culture. We were hooked when we saw an icon of Future, we’ll admit it.

Visitors to the space will be able to check out (and even buy) Adi’s artwork, plus exclusive Lee’s Donuts clothing for men, women and children. Listen, we might not know much, but we do know that a t-shirt featuring the iconic Lee’s logo has shot to the top of our Christmas wish list this year.
Honey Dip Studios is set to open on Thursday, December 2nd. Scared that you might not make it down there for the initial drop? Don’t worry, because their brand new webstore opens the next day! Make sure to check it out when you get the chance, folks.
