We think we could all use a good laugh after the last few weeks/months/years fate has thrown at us. So, it’s nice to know that Just for Laughs is heading back to Vancouver this winter, and with some major names to boot. Curious about what to expect? We’ve got the lowdown.

Rebilled as Just For Laughs Vancouver (instead of Northwest), the festival will be taking over the city for 12 days this February. And of course, some top comedy names from around the world will be doing shows for your enjoyment.

The lineup includes Trevor Noah (who recently sold out a solo show in Vancouver), Ronny Chieng, Deon Cole, Nicole Byer and many others. They’ll be playing in venues around the city, ranging from The Vogue and Biltmore Cabaret all the way up to Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

Of course, maybe the biggest name attached to all of this is John Mulaney, who will be performing not one, but two shows during the festival. The longtime SNL actor, writer, and comedian had an eventful year, to say the least. And his return to standup is sure to be one for the record books.
