An ‘experimental eatery’ inspired by the wild is opening in Jasper next month

From stunning views to unique tours, Jasper, Alberta has already got it all – though, we can’t help but get excited every time that list grows a little bit longer.

This week, Pursuit (the folks behind some of the mountain’s best attractions), announced a brand new dining concept and it’s unlike anything the area has seen before.

Described as an ‘experimental eatery,’ Terra will feature chic decor and sharable bites inspired by the globally recognized national park, as confirmed in a press release sent to Curiocity.

“There is a burgeoning culinary scene within Jasper that is showcasing fresh and modern fare and we are privileged to be part of this vibrant foodie movement,” said Tyler Tays, Executive Chef, Jasper Lodging, Pursuit.

“Terra’s mountain-inspired menu will introduce flavors influenced by nature and carefully crafted with regionally sourced ingredients resulting in dishes that will surprise and delight.”

In addition to their tasty eats, this carefully curated spot will also offer tasty drinks carefully selected from Canada’s long list of breweries and distilleries – so come thirsty and stay curious.

Terra will officially open to the public on Thursday, June 2nd at the address below.
