“Come, embrace the beauty of cultural exchange and be part of a momentous celebration of inclusion and togetherness!”

What’s called Canada’s largest Asian festival is an annual event organized by the Federation of Chinese Canadians in Markham, along with the Association of Progressive Muslims of Canada.

Taste of Asia began back in 2003 during the SARS outbreak with a mandate of boosting the local economy.

According to organizers, at the time, it “also provided a platform for the community to promote the multicultural mosaic of Canada.”

It’ll take place along Kennedy and Steeles right in Markham.

This is a summer event you don’t want to miss.
