Spring is here, and there’s truly no better way to welcome the new season than with a fresh-picked bouquet. This April, you can pluck your own blooms at the TASC Tulip Pick Farm located just 90 minutes outside of the city.

The 25-acre farm is located in Fenwick, Ontario in the Niagara Region and is home to millions of tulips.

You can stroll among rows and rows of blooms in every colour, snap some photos, and pick your own bundle to take home.

“The flowers will surround you with a sea of colour while providing a tranquil experience,” says the website.

Ten tulips are included with your entry ticket to the farm, and you can pre-purchase up to 20.

The tulip bloom is weather-dependent, but right now, the farm predicts that the flowers will be ready for picking from April 29th to May 21st.

The farm is also dog friendly! You can bring your pup with you between Monday and Thursday, as long as they remain on a leash.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and they’re already on sale — but if the weather forecast doesn’t look great, you can exchange your ticket for another date.

Given its setting on a farm, Tasc recommends that all visitors dress appropriately for the weather, including shoes you don’t mind getting muddy.

Once you’ve had your fun on the farm, you can grab a bite at one of the food truck vendors on-site.

And if that’s not enough flower-themed fun for you, there are so many beautiful flower festivals in Ontario to check out this spring.

After a long and dark winter, the spring air and sunshine will feel so good. We can’t wait!
