Starbucks will give you a free reusable cup with your holiday drink in Canada

It looks like Starbucks Canada is embracing the gift-giving spirit of the season! The company announced that as of this Thursday, November 18th, customers will get a present with their holiday beverage.

By ordering a handcrafted holiday beverage, like the Peppermint Mocha, Irish Cream Cold Brew, Caramel Brûlé Latte, or the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte new to the festive menu this year, you’ll receive the free reusable cup while supplies last.

This year’s cup features a red ribbon-inspired design and it’s made with 50 per cent recycled content. Plus, if you bring it back for your next Starbucks run, you’ll get a 10-cent discount on your drink.

You can get the offer at participating cafes and drive-thrus from coast to coast, mobile order, Uber Eats and delivery.

With the festive season already in full swing at Starbucks, you have plenty of time to try the sweet treats and drinks that only come around this time of year.

This year’s new addition, the Sugar Cookie Oat Latte, is a non-dairy latte that combines blonde espresso, sugar cookie syrup, and oat beverage. It’s topped with red and green sprinkles, giving you the taste of a freshly-baked treat with every sip. Plus, you can get it hot or iced.

As for treats, holiday season favourites like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, Gingerbread Loaf, and Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop are making a comeback.

Starbucks has also launched four new cup designs this season, and they come in a variety of patterns — wrapping paper, ribbon, lights, and candy cane.

If you need any more of an excuse to indulge, you officially have it!
