Well folks Seattle has yet another brand new spot to check out. And this time it’s Sabine Cafe & Market, a brand new spot in Ballard. It also just so happens to be located in the old Bastille space. So if you want to try a new coffee spot this weekend you might want to stop by.
Sabine Cafe & Market is the reinvention of the old Bastille restaurant. And it honestly makes a fair amount of sense, after all the space was huge and with few people dining in a cafe seems much more appropriate. So now you can snag some homemade creations along with a cup of joe.

And it looks like they’ll also be offering some light lunch fare including sandwiches and salads. Not to mention chicken and also cocktails for those of you needing something more than a coffee. So if you want a place that does it all, Sabine might just tick all your boxes.
