If you consider yourself a local foodie then you probably keep up to date with pop-ups. But if you haven’t heard of Hitchcock yet you’ll definitely want to keep reading. And they just so happen to have two upcoming pop-ups that you have to try.
Hitchcock is a local restaurant group with a ton of amazing spots, including Hitchcock (Bainbridge Island), Bar Taglio (Seattle), Café Hitchcock (Seattle), and more. Now, it has guest chefs coming in to create amazing street food-centric menus from around the world.
Just a few of the pop-ups that have already happened have included Puerto Rican food, Filipino food, and Cuban food. So that means this March you can enjoy Turkish food from Chef Berk Guldal and Peruvian food from Stefano Schiaffino.
