Summer staple: The Richmond Night Market has over 600 eats and drinks to choose from

If you haven’t yet been to Richmond Night Market this year, get your forks ready. Tons of new eats and drinks are on the menu this year, including cuisine from Indonesia, Turkey, and Mexico!

Filled with hundreds of incredible vendors, the beloved series is considered one of the world’s leading food markets for good reason. From candy sticks to boba, to customizable noodles and hot pot — it’s easy to see why the market attracts over one million visitors each year.

This year’s theme is ‘Summer Wonderland,’ which includes a 60-foot bouncy castle for the kids to enjoy all night long while the adults load up on their favourite eats and drinks. Debuting this year? Churros and butterbeer, among 110 food booths and food trucks, and over 600 savoury dishes, desserts, and drinks.

So mark your calendars, Vancouver, and don’t forget to bring your appetites! It’ll certainly take some time to eat through the largest outdoor market in North America.
