Theatre enthusiasts, you’re in for an unforgettable 2023-2024 season! Broadway Across Canada is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and they’ve just dropped a stellar lineup of Vancouver shows. Let’s dive right in!
Four iconic theatrical products are set to take center stage at Queen Elizabeth Theatre this fall. First up, we have the Tony and Grammy-winning Best Musical, HADESTOWN, a retelling of Orpheus and Eurydice, followed by the hit musical-comedy MEAN GIRLS.

Next up is a returning favourite: Broadway’s Tony Award-winning musical HAIRSPRAY, set in the ’60s.
And finally, we come to the program’s sendoff: An unforgettable theatrical rendition of Disney’s FROZEN.

“It’s been a true privilege to share in the Broadway experience with our loyal patrons for what’s been an incredible 25 years at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre,” says Shana Levin, Vice President of Broadway Across Canada. “We look forward to continuing to bring memorable Broadway stories to Vancouver for many years to come, starting with our 25th Anniversary Season.”
