Toronto just got its biggest candy store with rare treats from around the world

Toronto, your sweet-filled dreams are about to become a reality! The “biggest candy store in Toronto” Ricardo’s Kandy Korner is now open at the Eaton Centre and here’s what to know.

The B.C.-based candy shop has made its way to Toronto with its first location in Ontario. According to the Toronto Eaton Centre, it officially opens its doors on August 16th at 11 AM.

You’ll find all-time classics to limited edition gems, the sweetest treats and more.

Ricardo’s Kandy Korner is known for its extravagant array of hard-to-find sweets from candies to cookies, chips, drinks – you name it.

The new store features a mini replica of our beloved CN Tower transformed into a candy dispenser. Massive candy decor hangs from the ceiling and the walls are covered in delicious sweet treats.

Images of the space were shared on Instagram prior to its official opening.

Back in September 2023, Ricardo’s Kandy Korner shared the news of its opening in Canada’s largest city, stating that it would be its third location in the country.

“Very happy to announce that our 3rd location for the Kandy Korner will be at the Toronto Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto,” read the Instagram post.

The brand currently has two stores in British Columbia, one in Vancouver and the other in White Rock Beach.

“This deal has been in the works for a long time now and we couldn’t be more excited.”

Now it has become a reality and we’re ready to treat our sweet tooth!

Sweet or savoury? Now that is the question!
