Trying new restaurants is my favourite hobby and if you’re anything like me then a list of the upcoming restaurants and bars opening in Toronto is sure to put a smile on your face. Time to get excited – here are 14 restaurants and bars opening in Toronto.

Let’s start at The Well because there are a handful of restaurants and bars opening at Toronto’s newest indoor/outdoor shopping and restaurant space.
Serving up Southern French fare, La Plume is set to open in The Well this month.
When: Opening March 26th, 2024
The Dorset is the next addition to The Well’s restaurant lineup! According to The Dorset’s social media, it will be serving “a taste of the British coast and countryside.”
When: Opening April 9th, 2024
Bridgette Bar has already established itself in Western Canada as a “chef-driven restaurant” but will be opening its first Toronto location in The Well on May 10th.
When: Opening May 10th, 2024
East Tea Can’s menu offers a wide variety of flavourful Middle Eastern dishes, from cold and hot “mezze” appetizers, to signature grilled plates.
According to The Well, this new location will open “late spring 2024.”
When: Opening late spring 2024
L’Avenue has a location on Parliment already but will be opening another in The Well serving up dishes such as steak tartare, duck risotto and a variety of pizzas.

According to The Well’s website, National is “a restaurant & entertainment venue inspired by North American tastes, with games and events, extraordinary food and select craft beers.”
When: Opening summer 2024
While there is no date or season listed, Noyaa is set to open in 2024 and is described as a tapas style Indian cuisine restaurant.

Now for the restaurants opening in the city that aren’t apart of The Well!
Earls is a popular spot Torontonians know and love but the chain will be opening a new location right in the heart of King Street West where Lee’s used to be.
An exact opening date hasn’t been announced but Earls King West is currently hiring, with signage already up at the location as well.
When: Opening in 2024
Another popular restaurant being added to King Street is Joey! With five other locations in Toronto already, the chain is stepping up their game by adding a 17,000 sq. ft. ground-floor space at the foot of 20 King Street West.

Cactus Club
Marbl is adding another location to Toronto’s Financial District.
The Marbl FiDi social media accounts haven’t been recently updated but signage can be seen from the spot on Temperance Street.

The highly anticipated opening date for Nobu has not been set in stone but we’re excited either way!
Nobu is currently hiring in Toronto however, hopefully a sign that it is coming soon!

Cactus Club Cafe is adding a third Toronto location in the Yonge Sheppard Centre according to the shopping centre’s website.
No date has been set but regardless, we can’t wait!

This arcade bar will also be on King Street! Greta Bar did a hiring fair in March meaning it should be opening in the near future.
According to Greta Bar’s website, it is “coming soon.”

Famed fine dining Chinese establishment, Mott32 is opening its first restaurant in the city (the second location in Canada).
