Contrary to the belief that our southern neighbour is all fields and horses, Montana actually has a private island where you can relax under the sun – and you can rent it now!
Located on Flathead Lake (only 5 hours from Calgary’s city center), this unique Airbnb has 1,000 feet of water frontage, an isolated dock, and room for eight guests.

The only downside? Well, it certainly won’t be cheap if you plan on taking an intimate trip with one other person.
At $1,600 CAD per night, we’d recommend splitting this trip with a couple of close friends or family members – preferably, ones who know how to cook because Uber Eats certainly won’t deliver across the lake.
