There’s no place like home, but change and experience are what bring about growth. Whether you’re looking for greener pastures or just your next adventure, this may be the perfect time to take a chance! That’s because the Italian town of Presicce-Acquarica is calling, and it’ll pay to answer.
Located in the country’s ‘heel,’ Presicce-Acquarica which currently has about 10,500 residents, is the most recent to offer an incentive in hopes of growing its population.
According to European initiative TheMayor.EU, this stunning destination will soon launch “Welcome to Presicce Acquarica,” a program that will grant $40,699.65 CAD to those who purchase a home in the quiet town.
Now, before you uproot your whole life, there are obviously a few things to take note of.

Most importantly, whatever home you purchase in the area will have to be registered as your official address and the money gifted to you will have to be used towards buying or renovating the property – though it can only be used to cover 50% of the overall cost.
Honestly, considering the cost of living here in Canada, it might be worth looking into!
