When you think of iconic Seattle landmarks, Pike Place Market is probably one of the first things that come to mind. That’s for a good reason, the market has been around for over a hundred years and has been a hub for both farmers and consumers alike. This week the market celebrates its 115th birthday and is giving back with a sweet deal from Daily Dozen Doughnut Co.

The market is inviting you to shop, eat and explore all of its offerings throughout the month as they celebrate their birthday. But before you get to shopping, you need to head to the tent under the Public Market Center Clock & Sign on Wednesday, August 17th because you can score free doughnuts. Daily Dozen Doughnut Co and the market are giving out free treats and hot beverages to the first 115 people.

The best part is all you have to do is show up for the celebration which begins at 9 am. Of course, you also do have to be one of the first 115 people present. If you’re already planning on heading down to the market it’s a great excuse to get a little something extra out of your trip.
