A saucy pasta festival has kicked off in Calgary & here’s what you need to know

No matter the time of year, the thought of penne is never far from our minds, but this month a fork full won’t be far from our mouths either. Between now and October 31st foodies will, once again, celebrate the city’s growing carb scene with Pasta La Feasta – one of the tastiest festivals in Calgary.

Showcasing some of the best restaurants city-wide, Pasta La Feasta is back and just as delicious as ever – after all, nothing tastes better than food for a good cause!

This year, like so many before it, PLF will be donating a portion of the proceeds to The Alex Community Food Centre, an organization dedicated to providing those who need it with healthy, high-quality food.

All you have to do is pick a spot, stuff your face and post a photo of your favourites using the hashtag #PLFChallenge to participate!

By doing this, not only will you be raising awareness and money – but you could also win a gift card to one of their featured restaurants, which is pretty cool.
