If you have a thing for good bread then you probably need no introduction to Sea Wolf Bakers. They’re expanding their dough repertoire through a new cafe called Oxbow. It’s just opened in Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood and here’s what you can expect.
Oxbow centers around a real crowd-pleaser, bagels. Customers will also find pastries and as time goes on, the menu will continue to grow. Not only can you snag bread-based items but you can also grab cream cheese spreads, coffee, and beer and wine.

For now, the new spot is operating on a take-out basis making it a great place to stop by on a weekend. You can grab a coffee and bagel and then head out and enjoy beautiful Montlake. Alternatively, you can grab items for later and enjoy them at home.
Whatever you choose, Oxbow is worth a visit. Keep in mind they’ll be evolving the menu so it’s well worth stopping by in the coming weeks to see what changes. You can find more info on their Instagram. Enjoy!
