A new cocktail lounge and live stage is opening on Commercial Drive this week

Who’s ready for live shows and creative cocktails? The Drive is getting a new cocktail lounge and live stage this summer, and it’s slated to open its doors to the public this week! Osita is a celebration of all things

Osita will present different local artists nightly, ranging from jazz bands like the East Van Django Jazz All-Stars to Latin, Burlesque, Cabaret, and Flamingo performances.

In the kitchen, Osita’s team is dedicated to giving guests a memorable European-inspired dining experience. Expect a variety of locally-sourced plates perfect for sharing or snacking on throughout the night.

In terms of libations, Osita’s bar menu highlights the best of Vancouver’s craft beer scene. Guests can expect a selection of wine from vineyards across the West Coast as well as a slew of sexy cocktails to satisfy any palate.

During the day, Osita will operate as a relaxing breakfast and lunch spot, where guests can meet up with friends and even get some laptop work done in a unique space. Best of all? You won’t have to choose between a specialty coffee and a glass of wine. Indulge in a little of both!

Osita will also host karaoke nights and offer guests the chance to win cash prizes! So, get ready to belt it out onstage, or dance it out on their dance floor!

The grand opening is on Friday, June 24th, and you can get tickets for early seating at 5 pm and late seating at 10 pm here.

We’ll see you at Osita, Vancouver!
