If part of your New Year’s resolution was to eat healthier or change up your eating habits, you’ve come to the right place. Sometimes we need some guidance when making the push to eat better and healthier. And we don’t blame you – changing habits is tough but trying new things never hurts either. That being said, if you’re looking for healthy restaurants to enjoy, OpenTable has released its 2024 list of the top 100 healthy restaurants in Canada. And luckily for us in Ontario, we’re home to 50 of them.

The reservation platform unveiled its top 100 restaurants with Healthy Bites in Canada 2024 list.

It compiled over 1.1 million OpenTable diner reviews and looked at the percentage of reviews tagged with ‘healthy’, diner ratings, and five-stars.

“55 per cent of Canadians surveyed say their resolution is to eat healthier in 2024 but 62 per cent find it difficult to discover healthy restaurants,” said Matt Davis, Country Director, OpenTable Canada.

OpenTable is here to support diners in finding the perfect restaurant for their New Year dining preferences with its diner-backed list of Top 100 Restaurants with Healthy Bites – from La Bartola in Toronto to Miku Restaurant in Vancouver, many spots are offering lighter dishes, presented with expert technique and serious attention to flavour.”
