We’ve got just over a month before preseason games kick off, and the Edmonton Oilers have teased the return of an ‘all-access’ show to go with it. While they’re not strangers to the game, we can’t help but be excited about the prospect! Here’s what to know.

Longtime fans of the team might remember a similar series, called Oil Change, which aired from 2010 to 2014. The series chronicled life inside the dressing room and out, with behind-the-scenes looks at some of that era’s most notable players.

Of course, a lot has happened since then, including the arrival of none other than Connor McDavid. While no direct connection has been made, the explosion of ‘inside the ropes’ style series these past few years, headlined by Drive to Survive in Formula 1 and All or Nothing (about the Toronto Maple Leafs), has us feeling good about the prospect. After all, it’s an exciting time to be an Oilers fan!

While the teaser makes no claims about when the Edmonton Oilers show might air, we’re hoping to get an update before the pre-season kicks off! And of course, as soon as we know, you will.
