The only thing better than summer’s day is a summer’s night and this cozy season Edmonton wants you out, about and enjoying the higher than normal temperatures with the whole family.

Starting today (Wednesday, August 17th), the city is encouraging all movie-lovers to bring a lawn chair or blanket to Sir Winston Churchill Square where they’ll be holding a series of fun events – for FREE.

Described as the ‘ultimate outdoor movie experience,’ Movies On The Square will feature pre-show entertainment, costume contests and even food trucks, in addition to showing 4 fan favourites on a three-storey inflatable screen.
