Captioned simply “we hide, you seek,” Bagheera is Vancouver’s newest speakeasy-style bar. And the hidden spot is now open from 5 pm to late from Tuesday to Sunday. Note that the venue only accepts groups of 6 and under. Simply follow the clues in their Instagram stories to uncover its location!

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is a rustic, intimate spot that keeps things simple so that the emphasis is all on the food. Serving Northern Italian fare in a comfy space, you’ll definitely feel like you’re dining in someone’s home when you’re here. The new spot is officially open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4 pm to 10 pm (and until 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays).

Hynes’ Irish Pub

Located in the heart of Kits is Vancouver’s newest Irish Pub and local watering hole. Hynes’ opened just before the holidays, and it’s already become a community fixture. Why not say hello and grab a couple of pints with some friends?

Novella Coffee Bar 

After a year of build-up, Novella Coffee Bar is finally open on Main Street. Coming from the folks behind the acclaimed Published on Main, Novella is a multi-concept cafe, grocery store, and hangout spot. Think along the lines of other Vancouver greats like Le Marché St. George and Aperture. In addition to their own creations, guests can expect to sip on coffee roasted by House of Funk Roasting and treats from Butterboom Bakery.

A new spot for quality burgers, shakes, and fried grub is coming to Vancouver sooner rather than later – and they have some mouthwatering vegan options as well! The new Vancouver location will mark The Burger Crush’s second outpost, and will open its doors downtown on Wednesday, January 11th.

ZUBU Downtown

With several locations across Metro Vancouver, it’s clear that ZUBU ramen is one of the best in the game. And there’s going to be a new spot downtown where you can indulge in their delicious ramen, sushi rolls, Japanese cakes, and drinks.

Daigyo

According to a recent Instagram post, Daigyo is expanding to Vancouver early this year, and the Japan-based cafe will set up shop on Robson Street. Guests can expect to munch on a variety of specialty-pressed sandwiches and sip on coffee, matcha, and tea.

The Halal Guys

The first Vancouver location for The Halal Guys is set to open on Robson Street, so keep your eye out for the opening date! Known for their delicious falafel platters, gyros, and shawarma, your mouth will definitely be watering long before they open their doors.

Pablo Cheese Tart

According to their Instagram page, the highly-anticipated Japanese cheese tarts are still en route to Vancouver. As for their opening date, Pablo Cheese Tart has not yet dropped the deets. But we’re hoping it’s soon!

Forêt Noire Café

Last but certainly not least, we have the newest Forêt Noire Café, which is nearly (but not quite) open on Robson Street. For now, you can load up on pastries and specialty cakes at their original spot on West Broadway.

Once open, the new cafe on Robson Street will be open from 8 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 9 am to 9 pm on Sundays.
