Spring is here and that means some of Toronto’s new restaurants and bars are set to open very, very soon.

From renovations and relocations to new concepts and long-awaited openings, there are a handful of foodie experiences that are gearing up to open this spring. And we can’t help but get excited.

Here are five new restaurants and bars opening in Toronto this spring:

CKTL & Co. 

A new food and cocktail lounge experience is coming to Toronto and it’s based on the stock exchange. CKTL & Co., is a new food, drink, and “social exchange” lounge opening in the city this spring. Staying on theme, the lounge will open in none other than Toronto’s Financial District at 330 Bay Street.

NBA Courtside Restaurant

What’s described as a “premium, sports-inspired dining experience” is gearing up to welcome all to the NBA Courtside Restaurant in March 2023. Operated by Toronto-based Urban Dining Group, the new restaurant occupies 10,000-square-foot of space and features artwork and decor that celebrate the NBA.

Black+Blue Steakhouse

The award-winning Vancouver-based restaurant will open its first Ontario restaurant in Spring 2023. Toronto can enjoy Black+Blue, Canada’s premier steak dining experience, and Glowbal Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurant, once it opens its doors in the city’s Financial District at 130 King Street W.

915 DuPont

There’s not much out there about 915 Dupont Street but what we do know is that it’s described as a Hi-fi listening bar with Japanese whiskey and of course, cocktails. Stop by for a coffee and/or cocktail once it opens sometime in March 2023.

Lee on Richmond

According to a new application via the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, Lee on Richmond will open at 505 Richmond Street W Unit 119. Though it had planned to continue operating at the current King Street location for the rest of 2022, it had shared it would be reopening at a new location in March 2023.
