A beautiful new bakery has opened in downtown Edmonton

Chances are high that you’ve heard of Ayco Bakery before… it’s become a staple spot for grabbing a snack and a drink in West Edmonton Mall. But, the folks behind it have recently opened the new Ayco Cafe in downtown Edmonton, and the results are downright beautiful!

Located along Jasper Avenue, Ayco Cafe offers everything from coffee to pastries to savoury options. So, whether you’re in the mood for a quick cruffin and a coffee on your way to work, or are hoping to grab lunch with a friend, you’ve got options here.

But, looking at the interior design, we suggest you sit and stay a while. Not only does the new cafe feature some fantastic modern decor, but we cannot get over one aspect in particular. That, of course, is the ‘feature wall’ that has all kinds of kitchen staples literally mounted on it. Honestly, it reminds us of one of those ‘I Spy’ books, which is exactly how we’re going to spend our next lunch there.

Ayco Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch daily, so make sure that you check this new spot out sooner rather than later!
