From parks to small towns, Netflix In Your Neighbourhood is a site developed by the platform to give fans the inside scoop on Alberta-filmed favourites like My Life With the Walter Boys, Black Summer and Our Living World.

Love romance and drama? Based on the beloved young adult novel by Ali Novak, My Life With The Walter Boys follows Jackie (played by Nikki Rodriguez), a teen struck by tragedy and forced to start over on a Colorado ranch occupied by 12 boys.
According to Netflix, they filmed their first season in Calgary, Kananaskis Country, Crossfield and Cochrane, stand-ins for Silver Falls, where the show takes place.
