It’s that time again! The latest Canada’s Greenest Employers list for 2023 has been revealed, recognizing employers that lead in environmental awareness within their companies.
The annual list, organized by the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project highlights hundreds of companies across the country.
Those selected have made it their goal to truly define and execute their sustainability initiatives which also attract people to their companies.

And in order to make the list, according to organizers, each employer is evaluated based on four factors: environmental initiatives and programs developed; the extent of their success in reducing its own environmental footprint; how much are their employees involved in these programs and if they contribute any unique skills; and the extent to which these initiatives have become linked to the employer’s public identity, attracting new employees and clients to the organization.
The list is usually published just before Earth Day on April 22nd.
