Menya Itto has revealed its opening date in Vancouver

A couple of weeks back, we shared the news that after years of waiting, Menya Itto will be opening its first North American location right here in Vancouver. Well, fellow noodle soup lovers, the opening date has been revealed!

And, it’s right on par with their recent announcement. The new Menya Itto will be coming to Robson Street, and is set to open on March 16th. Like other super-popular ramen spots, this new addition will be seating customers on a first come, first serve basis. In short? Show up at a weird hour, or get ready to wait a while.

As a quick reminder, Menya Itto specializes in a type of ramen we think is underrated in Vancouver- tsukemen. This specialty ramen dish serves the noodles and the broth separately so that you dip the noodles into the broth before eating. We’re going to call this style of ramen ‘thick’. Thick noodles, thick broth, and a whole lot of flavour!

So, make sure to keep this in mind for those rainy spring days coming around the corner. You’ll be thanking yourself once you make the visit.

When: Slated to open March 16th
Where: 1479 Robson Street
