Attention travellers, this one is for you! McDonald’s Canada has announced it will be opening its first-ever standalone McCafe location this summer inside one of the country’s largest airports.

The brand new location will be found inside Montreal’s Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport. Though there’s no official opening date, travellers heading on international trips will be able to enjoy the McCafe menu at some point this summer.

“We are excited to be expanding our footprint to meet our guests growing appetite for our Premium Roast Coffee beyond their daily rituals,” said Michèle Boudria, President and CEO of McDonald’s Canada.

“This new standalone McCafé at the Montreal Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport is a milestone in the evolution of the McCafé brand in Québec.”

You will be able to find the new McCafé site in front of Gate 50 near the entrance of international departures. As for what’s on the menu, you can expect the same great Premium Roast Coffee, espresso-based beverages, McMuffin sandwiches, and bakery treats.

In addition to that, it will feature an exclusive lineup that includes in-house sandwiches, like grilled cheese and freshly baked croissant sandwiches.

If you find yourself travelling through Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport, be sure to make a pit stop at the newest location this summer if you can.
