Layers Sandwich Co has opened its first permanent location & here’s where

It’s been a big few weeks for openings and announcements of new restaurants. And now Layers Sandwich Co has finally opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Seattle, and here’s what we know so far.

Popular food truck Layers Sandwich Co has opened in Green Lake, under the name Layers Green Lake. It’s a lakeside eatery and intimate event space “serving fancy sandwiches and other good stuff.”

As for the menu, the shop has posted a full menu online. It features breakfast items like a variety of biscuits, salads, and sides like spuds. There are of course also a whole bunch of sandwiches. You’ll find meat-centric offerings like Notorious P.I.G and TBR as well as veggie options like Broccula and I’d date a Jalapeno.

As for opening, the shop is currently still in its soft opening phase so be patient as they finalize hours and work out all the bits and bobs of opening a new restaurant. If you’re unsure about hours be sure to check their social media first. Enjoy!
