First up, the IPA. Characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like, hop character, the IPA beer style is all about flavor, fresh aroma, medium carbonation, and a perfect dry finish.
Second up, they’ve got a Belgian style beer for those that enjoy a lighter style with medium carbonation. Super smooth and a bit of creaminess from the unmalted wheat and oats, this brew leaves notes of citrus and hints of coriander in your mouth.
Last but not least, Sober Carpenter’s Irish Red Blend. It boasts a moderate malt character full of caramel and toasted notes. The deep reddish copper color comes from crystal malt and a small dose of highly kilned grain, including roasted barley.
