This new restaurant is sure to catch your eye, taking the entire 17,000 sq. ft. ground-floor space at the foot of 20 King Street West, boasting 25-foot ceilings.

According to CBRE’s Alex Edmison, who along with his Urban Retail Team brokered the transaction for the spot, “This massive new JOEY restaurant will not only give people a new reason to come to work, but to come and stay and play in the financial district. This is part of a wave of exciting new restaurants opening that are making downtown the place to be.”

While the location may be in the hub of the Financial District, this restaurant won’t just be for business lunches, with Alex adding, “these new restaurants popping up around the financial core are making it a dinner destination for office workers as well as those considering coming from around the GTA for an amazing downtown dining experience.”

JOEY is known for its happy hour, running daily from 2 PM – 5 PM and again from 9 PM – close Sunday – Thursdays and 10 PM – close Fridays and Saturdays.

You can grab drinks such as their Sangria, Peach Bellini, Classic Margarita and more for under $10 and discounted apps and mains like their yummy Truffle Fries, Sushi Cones, or Korean Fried Cauliflower just to name a few.

While there is no set date for when JOEY’s newest location will open, construction is underway and we can’t wait!

Happy hour is calling!
