This Toronto bar is turning into a winter wonderland complete with a fireplace

If one thing is for certain, Toronto loves its bars – especially holiday-themed ones. And if you feel the same way, you’re in luck! The annual holiday pop-up bar Java Jingle will open its holiday experience in Toronto this week.

Little Sister Dutch Indo Food Bar will transform into an all-out festive bar with all floors decked out in the best holiday decor. Java Jingle will open its doors on November 18, welcoming all who are feeling the holiday spirit to its two locations, 102 Portland St. and 2031 Yonge St.

Step into the winter wonderland, adorned with twinkling lights, holiday garlands, and a welcoming fireplace.

Expect some of the most enticing-themed cocktails and mouthwatering eats, too.

“We’re back and better than ever. At our Portland Street location, Java Jingle will be two floors of non-stop holiday party vibes,” shared General Manager and Bar Manager Robin Wynne.

“Come celebrate with us alongside holiday music, themed cocktails and shots, our full food menu, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the holidays with friends and family! We’re excited to see everyone there for another successful year.”

If you’ve enjoyed Java Jingle at its Portland St location in the past, you may remember it being only upstairs. However, according to the restaurant, they have made the adjustment to include both floors “due to the overwhelming attendance in years past.”

As for the Yonge Street location, it will host Java Jingle upstairs in Bar Batavia.

There will be a few returning cocktails alongside some new additions, like the special Bah Humbug menu.

There will also be two limited edition Java Jingle shots: I Saw Mommy Twerking on Santa Claus and Resting Grinch Face.

Don’t you just LOVE the holidays?

Since it’s a popular pop-up, reservations for Java Jingle are highly recommended. You can book your reso here for Portland St. and here for Yonge St.

We can’t wait to celebrate!
