If you can think all the way back to last June, you may remember the mention of a brand new waterfront brewery. Does that ring any bells? Well if you can’t remember, don’t worry, we’re here to give you some new and very exciting updates on Here Today.

Here Today was supposed to open during the summer of 2021, but the process of opening a new brewery and restaurant is time-consuming and expensive. Not to mention, we were all dealing with the pandemic.

The good news is that Here Today has weathered that storm and is now officially opening this weekend. You’ll finally be able to visit the vaporwave-themed brewery on October 8th and 9th, from 2 pm-10 pm both days.

When it comes to interior details, plans have remained the same. You’ll find a two-seat bar bookended by two stacks of Mueller serving tanks and a dining room filled with vintage booths and furniture from old skating rinks.

Earlier this year, Here Today shared that guests can expect traditional Seattle bar fare that’s sure to please everyone. When it comes to drinks, the beer brewed on site will be the feature of the beverage menu. You’ll be able to find everything from crisp lagers to classic west coast IPAs to inventive cocktail-inspired beers.

You’ll also be able to find natural wine on the menu as well as a “choose your own adventure” cocktail menu created by Chris Elford of Navy Strength and Trade Winds Tavern. Clearly, there’s lots to look forward to.
