If you can think all the way back to last June, you may remember the mention of a brand new waterfront brewery. Does that ring any bells? Well if you can’t remember, don’t worry, we’re here to give you some new and very exciting updates on Here Today.

Here Today was supposed to open last summer but the process of opening a new brewery and restaurant is time consuming and expensive. Not to mention, we were all living in the middle of a pandemic. A perfect storm situation if you will.

The good news is that Here Today has weathered that storm and shared a few details with Curiocity about what you can expect from the new brewery. Let’s start with the vibe, the decor will draw inspiration from vaporwave with an emphasis on neon and colored lights.

As for the layout, you’ll find a two seat bar bookended by two stacks of swanky Mueller serving tanks and a dining room filled with vintage booths and furniture from old skating rinks. You can get a better idea of what that might look like with the rendering above.

The food menu has yet to be finalized but Here Today shared that guests can expect traditional Seattle bar fare thats sure to please everyone. Now let’s talk about the star of the show, beer! The beer brewed on site will be the feature of the beverage menu with everything from crisp lagers to classic west coast IPAs to inventive cocktail-inspired beers.

You’ll also be able to find natural wine on the menu as well as a “choose your own adventure” cocktail menu created by Chris Elford of Navy Strength and Trade Winds Tavern. Clearly there’s lots to look forward to.

So when can you check it out? Well, there’s not an exact opening date at this time but the brewery shared that they hope to be open by late summer. We’ll keep our fingers crossed and in the meantime be sure to keep up with their social media. Cheers, Seattle!
