As you may or may not know, the Mariners T-Mobile Park has been undergoing all sorts of changes in recent months. One of the more exciting and tasty updates is the opening of a new restaurant and brewpub duo Hatback Bar & Grille and Steelheads Alley. Best of all, their doors open this month so here’s a little look into just what you can expect.
The restaurant and brewpub duo opens this month on August 23rd. They’re conveniently located just across the street from T-Mobile Park. That means you’ll have a brand new spot to grab game day drinks and eats.

As for what to expect, the restaurant is described “an elevated bar and grill featuring game day favorites and classic American dishes inspired by the Pacific Northwest.” There’s a focus on using fresh and local ingredients that pair well with the restaurant’s signature craft beers, regional wines, and classic cocktails. And if you’re just in the mood for drinks, you can head over to Steelheads Alley.
The brewing experience is adjacent to Hatback and features Seattle’s very own Métier Brewing Company. There’s even a custom brewery, meaning that Métier will offer an exclusive list of signature craft brews. The exact menu for both spots hasn’t been released yet but the opening is just two short weeks away. In the meantime, you can learn more at Hatback Bar & Grille’s website.
