Here’s how you can get half-price museum admissions in Seattle this February

Love Seattle’s museums and a good deal? Mark your calendar for February, because for 29 days you can experience Seattle Museum Month. Here’s how it works and what it entails.

During February when you check into participating downtown Seattle hotels, you can request a Seattle Museum Month packet and museum map. This packet gives you a guest pass for up to 4 guests for half price admission at select museums.

You can soar through aviation history, check out Pacific Northwest marine life, learn about Seattle’s glass legacy and much more.

This year, there are 27 participating museums and institutions including The Seattle Art Museum, Woodland Park Zoo and Chihuly Garden and Glass among others.

As for hotels you can stay at places like The Arctic Club Hotel, The Edgewater Hotel, The W Seattle and many more.

Overall, it’s a great excuse for a staycation or a great time to have friends and family come for a visit.

In the meantime, you can actually visit many Seattle museums for free each month. Or, if you have a library card you can check out free passes, even a Washington State Park Discover Pass for getting outdoors.
