The Washington restaurant that made the cut is Seattle’s Hamdi. The pop up turned restaurant is known for serving up delicious dishes bursting with authentic Turkish flavours.

Esquire writer Omar Mamoon highlights the menu’s Adana kebab, made with lamb belly and served with flatbread and onion tomato sumac salad.

When it comes to dining, reservations for up to 12 guests can be made on Tock. And this winter they’re also hosting a New Year’s Eve event with Turkish dishes if you want to ring in the New Year with tasty eats. Tickets cost $110 per person and include 7 dishes.
