Here are 6 of the best late-night dining spots in Seattle
Jade Garden
If you know, you know. Jade Garden is a Seattle dim sum OG, and they also happen to be open in the wee hours. If you’re spending time in Chinatown late at night, this will probably become your go-to place. You can’t go wrong here.

Witness
If you’re heading back north on Broadway, you should definitely give Witness a try. They specialize in southern fare and comfort food. So, if you need a late-night serving of chicken and waffles, they’ve got you covered. Who doesn’t need that?

Ba Bar
Late-night pho? Count us in. Ba Bar is a Seattle institution and serves up some of the city’s best bowls of pho. They also have some pretty dang tasty drinks and appetizers. But if you need more convincing, it’s located in a pretty central area, making it easy to hit up.

Dick’s Drive-In
It may seem like a no-brainer, but Dick’s is probably one of the quickest and cheapest options for late-night dining. They also happen to have multiple locations across Seattle, so no need to hop in an Uber to grab yourself some much needed late-night fries.

13 Coins Restaurant
Yes, it’s a bit out of the way, but this is truly a Seattle classic when it comes to 24-hour dining. You can expect consistent American fare with an elevated atmosphere. If you’re coming or going from SeaTac, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

Pie Bar
Yes, its pretty niche, but who knows when you’re going to crave pie? We crave pie at weird times. It’s fine. It’s probably America’s best food group after all. And hey, have you ever seen a pie place that stays open until 2 am? Probably not, so you should definitely check out Pie Bar if you’re going to be out late on Capitol Hill! Also, pro tip, they have a walk-up window in case you just want the pie to go.
