Discovery Park is one of Seattle’s best parks. And it just so happens to be the perfect place to have a picnic. After all, there are tons of open fields and some pretty scenic spots that you and your date can enjoy. So simply grab your food and a blanket and head over to Discovery Park.

If you’re into art and want to get outdoors the Olympic Sculpture Park is a great and free way to do both of those things. And you can spend as much or as little time as you’d like here. There’s tons of art to see and you can even head down to the waterfront.

Sure it’s simple but grabbing a cup of joe with someone is a great way to get to know each other. And while sitting down at a coffee shop isn’t really a thing at the moment you can always go for a walk and enjoy it on the go. Thanks to the pandemic, the Pacific Science Center has made its laser programming available at home for free. And while it’s not their whole line up, it’s a fun watch and something other than Netflix & chill. Plus you can also enjoy virtual planetarium shows by donation.

We don’t know about you guys but we always love a trip to Pike Place. And right now the market is definitely a little emptier than usual which makes it the perfect time to go. Plus you can pick up some delicious ingredients to make dinner with your date or SO.

Pretty much everyone loves a burger from Dick’s Drive-In. So you can forget expensive dining, instead grab a burger, fries, and milkshake from this classic Seattle spot. Both you and your date will be glad you did.
