Yes, you read the headline right. For a few days only later this month, Palate Kitchen in Vancouver is going to become a Paris-inspired pop-up bar, courtesy of a very ‘top-shelf’ collaboration. Here’s what to know about it.
Grey Goose will be setting up shop at the already gorgeous space, but they’ve got some extra touches in mind. The venue will be transformed into an ‘exclusive space’ with French music playing, cocktail culture on display, and a look at the Grey Goose heritage.

And to help celebrate, the brand is offering one Vodka Espresso Martini Cocktail for everyone who makes a reservation. Plus, you’ll also get a ‘custom dessert’ to pair it with. Here’s hoping it’s something fun like an espresso eclair or a fun flavour of a macaron.
Otherwise, you’ll be able to purchase limited-edition ‘Espresso Martini Sip Kits’ while you’re there, and it’s a great option for those looking to try something new in the city. After all, who can turn down an espresso martini these days? Certainly not us.
