Celebrity chefs return to Niagara Falls for month-long food and wine celebration

The very best of Niagara Falls’ incredible culinary flare is up front and centre for a unique food celebration, much to the delight of flavour finders and dinner devotees.

Returning with a stacked lineup for its second year, Flavours of Niagara Falls is kicking off a month-long celebration of everything food! Showcasing Niagara Falls’ rich food scene, renewed celebrity chefs will collaborate with local chefs to host dinners and prix-fix menus at 25 local restaurants.

It’s a one-of-kind opportunity to treat your palette and rub shoulders with some of the world’s most beloved chefs, not to mention supporting local Ontario businesses— and it’s on now until March 21.

In collab with Corso’s Chef Philip Thompson, this one features seasonal ingredients with wine pairings for each course.

On March 20, MICHELIN Guide recommended Fat Rabbit is the venue for A Night With Beba, featuring Montreal’s Chef Ari Schor of Restaurant Beba. Showcasing Beba’s Argentinian flare, Schor and Fat Rabbit chef Zach Smith collab on an exclusive dinner with Big Head Wine pairings.

On March 21, Buffalo food star and chef Darian Bryan is bringing some serious Jamaican seafood flavours to Niagara’s beloved Tide & Vine Oyster House. Turning up the island heat for just one night only, this dinner includes hors d’oeuvres and a welcome cocktail plus optional wine pairings.
