In Wild Rose Country, the snow has started to fall and while it hasn’t stuck around, it won’t be long until the windows are all fogged up once more. Not sure how to celebrate the incoming season? Visit Drumheller, Alberta—one of Alberta’s most unique destinations.
Located northeast of Calgary, this charming town is home to the world’s largest dinosaur, hoodoos, museums, and the annual Festival of Lights.
A cozy kick-off to the holiday season, this particular event is meant to bring the community, local businesses, and visitors together all in the name of wonder and whimsy.
From live entertainment and wagon rides to cookie decorating, late-night shopping, firepits, and s’more stations, this event is going to be like something straight out of a ‘Hallmark’ Christmas movie.
The best part? In addition to it being free to attend, the town will also light its official Christmas tree.
Interested in having a holly jolly time? The Festival of Lights takes place on November 23rd, 2024!
Enjoy and maybe we’ll see you there! It’s going to be a blast.
