And all you music lovers and festival enthusiasts, mark your calendars because Norfolk County’s epic art and music festival, aka, Fairgrounds Festival is back. And it’s all set to knock your socks off.
Part of #AmplifyNorfolk live entertainment initiative, hosted by the Norfolk County Agricultural Society, and presented by Edward Jones, the immersive festival, promises an unforgettable experience. Think A-list performers, incredible rock music, mouth watering food, an artisan market, experiental activities and a whole lot of fun.
Picture this: your favourite Canadian rock bands, under the same starry sky, delivering electrifying performances that will have you jumping, singing and losing yourself in the rhythm. That’s what you can expect given their impressive artist line-up.

The Grandstand will rock with a headline concert on both Friday and Saturday nights. Setting the stage ablaze with their music will be the beloved, Toronto-based rock band, The Beaches. And it gets even better on Saturday as national artists Bif Naked, Sloan and Finger Eleven will take over the stage.
In addition to these star performances, there will also be a lineup of remarkable local acts waiting to showcase their musical prowess throughout the weekend.
Of course, the Fairgrounds Festival is about more than just the music. There is also the family-friendly Norfolk Night Market. This is where you can snag some unique products from artisan vendors and enjoy interactive games, workshops and exhibits.
And because no music festival is ever complete without food and bevies, the Norfolk Night Market will also feature a line-up of food trucks and a selection of local craft beer, wine, spirits and cider. So be prepared for a gastronomic adventure.
Interestingly, you can also enjoy toe-tapping live music by local performers at the night market before the concert begins. The market is, after all, part of this iconic music festival!
The festival will take place on Friday, June 9th and Saturday, June 10th at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds. And tickets are currently on sale. They have multiple ticket options to choose from, starting at just $10 for Festival Access.
