A new standing bar has opened on Bloor Street & you can walk right up

A new spot to grab a cocktail has opened up in the heart of the city, but it’s not your average bar. Eataly’s new standing bar is located right on Bloor Street, so you can walk right up and order a drink.

The new bar is located steps from Eataly’s front entrance at Bloor and Yonge, with a variety of cocktails, beverages, and bites, you can enjoy on your way to (or from) wherever you’re going.

On the menu, you’ll find both classic cocktails like the Aperol Spritz and personalized varieties with a Build Your Own Gin & Tonic menu featurig 15 different gins.

You can also order a glass of regional Italian wine, and craft beer from Eataly Toronto’s local partner, Birroteca by Indie Alehouse.

And you’ll get to pair your drink with an assortment of Italian snacks like San Carlo artisanal chips.

The sprawling Bay St patio has also opened up for the season. It offers a full-service menu with Italian fare and classic cocktails.

The lush decor and greenery makes you feel secluded from the busy streets while you dine on delicious dishes like Torino-style pizza al padellino, Ontario zucchini and housemade mozzarella, and fresh Gnocchi al Pomodoro.

Both patios are now open for the season. Consider this your official excuse to go for happy hour!
