A brunch destination, late-night happy hour spot, and classic Canadian dining experience all rolled into one – Earls has pretty much become a household name. And luckily for Metro Vancouver residents, they’re opening another spot at The Amazing Brentwood in February.
A stone’s throw from the plaza’s bustling open-air space and water feature, Earls Brentwood is the perfect place to stop for casual drinks with friends, or indulge in a meal in between shopping. The new spot will also feature an island bar and patio that will extend directly out onto the plaza for the ultimate dining experience.

Lead Designer Kimberly Hume and Creative Director Elly Chronakis developed the “modern meets earthy” vibe, utilizing warm elemental materials, lush greenery, and ample natural light, according to a release.
“We wanted this Earls location to truly reflect the diversity, energy and lifestyle of the Burnaby guest,” said Kristin Vekteris, Chief Brand Officer. “Burnaby is a neighbourhood brimming with life, and many young families, students, and millennials call Burnaby home. This location is designed with them in mind.”
As for the eats, guests can expect an ever-changing menu created by renowned Chef David Wong with fare from around the globe. Dishes include fan favourites like the Steak + Truffle Tortellini, a seafood platter, new plant-based pizza offerings, White Chocolate Crème Brûlée, and much more.
And to wash it all down, diners can sip on a wide selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, including The Earls Old Fashioned, Iced Irish Coffee, and classic Margarita flavours.
Earls Brentwood officially opens its doors on Thursday, February 16th – so get ready to shop and dine!
