We’re starting this list with one of our fave spots in the city. Bodega on Main is the epitome of buzzy, intimate decor and Spanish-style tapas, serving up an array of discounted dishes ($12 Spanish calamari!!) and wine for $7-$10 from 10 pm to closing Sunday through Thursday. Oh, and $3 off all vermouths, if that’s your thing. This is a great date night spot if you need some inspo!

Where: 1014 Main Street

The Pawnshop YVR Taco Bar

While technically not considered “late-night,” so to speak – happy hour at The Pawnshop in Gastown is all day on Sundays and Tuesdays – which gives folks extra flexibility when it comes to spontaneous plans. Enjoy delicious tacos for $2.49 a pop, and spiked slushies for less than $5.

Where: 1117 Granville Street

Cambie Bar & Grill

The Cambie is not only the oldest bar in Vancouver – it’s also a hotspot for drink deals and weekly events that should definitely be on your radar if you’re planning a group outing. Its happy hour lasts from 3 to 6 pm every day, plus from 9 pm to closing on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Expect $5 beers, highballs, wines and snacks like Waffle Fry Nachos for $9.

Where: 300 Cambie Street

Narrow Lounge

Of course, Narrow Lounge is a classic happy hour pick if you’re looking for all-day food specials. Grab some cocktails and enjoy the speakeasy ambience any day of the week, accompanied by $4 burritos & $3 tacos. Honestly, you’re probably better off saying what you don’t want rather than listing off 5+ items from their happy hour menu.

Where: 1898 Main Street

The GPO Bar

We’re not entirely sure what GPO stands for, but this bar should definitely be on your radar if you enjoy comfort food and cocktails. With $4-5 sleeves, wines, highballs, and stadium nachos – this spot is a great pick if you want to enjoy a sports game with a couple of pals on a weeknight.

Where: 136 West Cordova Street

Earls Kitchen + Bar – Robson

Earls is definitely known for their afternoon happy hours, but the restaurant chain also has drink & snack specials from 9 pm to closing at the majority – if not all – of their locations. We chose the spot on Robson Street for its proximity to other restos and shopping amenities, but you can always hop to a different Earls.

Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar

Enjoy $2 off select pitchers of beer and $3 off cocktail pitchers at Rogue, which sits right next to Waterfront Station. The massive bar and kitchen has a ton of great bar seating as well as a covered patio to enjoy some sips & $5 bao bun sliders – among many other food specials. This is a great first date spot or place to catch up with friends on a weeknight!

And that’s a wrap for now, folks! We hope you get out there and enjoy some late-night specials this season.
