Whether you’re an aspiring local history buff or want to check out some new galleries in Richmond, Doors Open is the perfect opportunity to discover and reconnect with all that Richmond has to offer.

Granting free access to dozens of museums, artist studios, faith-based institutions, restaurants, civic centres, and more – this annual event is all about showcasing and celebrating Richmond’s diversity.

Since 2008, over 200,000 visitors have explored behind the scenes at some of the city’s most popular spots, and now’s your chance to discover even more.

Highlights of this year’s fest include a chance to explore Richmond’s new Turkish Canadian Society, and the ‘Highway to Heaven’ – where guests can visit the Az-Zahraa Islamic Centre, Lingyen Mountain Temple, Richmond Jamia Mosque, and Thrangu Monastery Canada, and either the Steveston Buddhist Temple or Eastern Catholic Church Richmond.
