Spiked coffee and brunch are as inseparable as chocolate chips and cookies. And you can give your cuppa joe a fun French twist by adding 30 ml of Courvoisier Cognac into 150 ml of black coffee and some sugar. Top this with whipped cream, sprinkles and grated chocolate and your fancy coffee is ready to serve.
What better way to level up your brunch game than to spike the most iconic brunch recipe, pancakes and syrup? Yes please! You can make Cognac syrup from scratch by boiling 1 part sugar, 2 parts Cognac and fresh orange zest in 1 cup of water. Or you can use regular syrup and mix it with some Courvoisier and voila!
Another way to bring on your libation A-game is to liquor up your desserts. You can go as fancy as you want or as classic as you like with your desserts. From cake to brownie to Ischler Törtchen and crème brûlée, whatever be your dessert choice, Courvoisier’s going to work its magic.
