This Toronto hotel is hosting decadent chocolate afternoon tea next month

Afternoon tea on a crisp autumn day can only be made better by one thing – chocolate, of course! This October, The OMNI King Edward Hotel will offer chocolate afternoon tea as part of the Toronto Chocolate Festival.

The luxury hotel will serve an afternoon tea menu featuring chocolates and chocolate pastries every Saturday and Sunday during the festival, which runs throughout the entire month of October.

Being Toronto’s first luxury hotel, The OMNI King Edward’s elegant and historic atmosphere makes for the perfect setting for afternoon tea.

“Afternoon Tea has been a King Edward tradition since its opening in 1903,” says the hotel’s website.

“Rekindle a connection amid old-world charm and timeless elegance. Discover the essence of a Toronto institution.”

The hotel’s extensive tea menu features some unique blends including Chocolate Truffle, which will pair perfectly with the special menu this October.

According to the Toronto Chocolate Festival’s website, it looks like we’ll have to wait until next year to indulge in other events like the Chocolate Dinner, The Chocolate Ball, and The Ultimate Chocolate Tour.

Our mouths will be watering until then, but in the meantime, we’ll be satisfying our sweet tooth at the King Edward.

Be sure to call the hotel directly to reserve your spot!
