Heavy metal band Slipknot announces stadium tour dates with two Canadian stops

American heavy metal band Slipknot have announced dates for their upcoming (sic)est Stadium Tour, and two Canadian cities made the cut.

Produced by Live Nation, following the band’s U.K. show, Slipknot will kick off the North American leg of their tour in Washington, D.C., on July, 16, 2027. They will then perform at Citi Field in Queens, New York, before stopping in their first Canadian city – Montreal, at Parc Jean-Drapeau.

Fans in Toronto won’t have to wait long because Rogers Stadium will rock with Slipknot on July, 23, 2027. For both Canadian stops, the band will be joined by bands Bring Me the Horizon and Kublai Khan TX; however, the Montreal date will also include Vended.

The tour then wraps with five South American performances in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Colombia.

Now for tickets, there are a number of presales happening throughout the week:

Artist Presale starts Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. local time
Knotfest Presale starts Tuesday, Sept. 29 at noon local time

General tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. local time.
