It’s time to soak up the beauty of autumn in Ontario and there’s no better place to see it than on a chairlift ride at Kelso Conservation Area.
Every weekend in October, you can soar above the trees on a chairlift ride up or down the Escarpment to get an unbeatable view of the fall colours.
Chairlift tickets are valid for two trips, in any combination of up or down running from 11 AM to 5 PM.

You can add a fall chairlift ride to any reservation for Kelso Main Gate during park hours on chairlift operating days.
There’s so much to do at Kelso besides admiring nature’s beauty. The conservation area has an extensive network of trails that can be used for hiking or mountain biking.
You can also stroll along the boardwalk around the lake, rent a canoe, kayak, paddleboat, or stand-up paddleboard, and enjoy an afternoon at the lifeguarded beach.
If you really want to make the most of the season, you can hit up all of the best lookout spots in Ontario for autumn views and also admire the colours from a historic steam train this month.
You can purchase your chairlift tickets online in advance and pick them up at The West Lodge inside the conservation area.
Enjoy the view, friends!
